Open call for artists and journalists to participate in an international exhibition to promote freedom of the press and of expression in the Arab countries. As part of the Festival of Freedom of the Press (May 4th & 5th 2013 in Rabat / Morocco) organized by the Moroccan Association for Investigative Journalism and Ibn Rushd Centre for Studies and Communication, in partnership with Free Press Unlimited, artists from all over the world are invited to participate in the international exhibition "Once upon a time ... the Arab Spring" to contribute as artists and journalists to strengthen the freedom of the press and of expression in the Arab countries.
The work must be done in A4 (sculptors are not affected by this condition). All art forms (drawings, paintings, collages, photography, sculptures, etc) are welcome.
All artists, not artists, and journalists participants will receive (by post) at the end of the exhibition: a CD containing the photos of the exhibition, a copy of the advertising festival and exhibition, and a certificate of participation.
Participation is open to all. All work must be received by April 20, 2013 to the following address: BP. 6,820 Madinat Al Irfane, Rabat ,Morocco
