Enclave is seeking expressions of interest in subsidised project spaces at London's latest arts infrastructure. Enclave is an ambitious new-build street of 10 gallery-spec single units that launched in June 2012. Hosting national and international project spaces, galleries and residencies, Enclave forms a major part of a new masterplan for Deptford, South London and a major new addition to the art scene locally.
Submissions for the last two remaining gallery units are being accepted for new and established international project spaces and collectives to join the site, to take a long-term space rented at significantly below market rates. This can include 5 weeks free yearly use of an impressive 8 x 8m gallery as an additional and professional exhibition, performance, residency and events venue. Tenants benefit from the group momentum of mailing lists, shared PV events, established local partners and links, web portals and some technical/AV support.
