Spoken Word

The Banff Centre’s Spoken Word Program is the first program of its kind, offering a unique milieu for the spoken word artist to explore and develop both his or her voice and career path.

Writing Studio

April 20 – June 2, 2012

Faculty: Larissa Lai, M.A.C. Farrant, Tim Bowling, Shyam Selvadurai, Nino Ricci, Fanny Howe, Colin Bernhardt

Designed for literary writers at early or intermediate stages in their careers, the Writing Studio offers poets and writers of fiction and other narrative prose the time, space, and support they need to pursue a writing project, with the benefit of editorial consultation.
