Project Summary
The pediment of the Church of St. Paul located at 138 Tremont Street in Boston, MA has been empty since the building's completion in 1820. This is a prime location in Boston across from the Boston Common with views of the Massachusetts State House beyond. As part of the renovation of the cathedral, the Episcopal Diocese of Massachusetts has decided to commission an artist to design and produce a work of contemporary public art for this long vacant space.
