Bamboo Curtain Studio is supported by the National Culture and Arts Foundation and the Council for Cultural Affairs in Taiwan.
Last fall, (BCS) launched the 'Emerging Artists Program' to serve the cultural and art practitioners, nationally and internationally. After the successful results in 2009, we will continue to provide 6 free slots, comprising exhibition space, production residency, visiting residency in year 2010. We especially welcome applicants working with cross discipline, environment, or community projects.
All projects selected by our jury will be offered either a free exhibition and/or residency opportunities according to their proposals. The BCS office will also provide administrative supports and local networking possibilities. However, this program does not provide travel and living cost.
How to apply:

l The selected artists will be reached by email on the 25th Dec. after the council of jury makes the final decision.
